Devil May Cry Season 2 Plans Confirmed

The first season of the Devil May Cry animated series—which comes from showrunner Adi Shankar ( Castlevania ) and Studio Mir—just premiered this month, but more is already in the works. Details are light at the moment, but Devil May Cry Season 2 has officially been confirmed. At the time of this writing, the announcement art just lists it as “coming soon.” The first season of Devil May Cry debuted at #4 on Netflix’s global top 10, hitting 5.3 million views in the first three days. The series was initially created and overseen by game director Hideki Kamiya ( Okami ,  Bayonetta ).  Devil May Cry  previously inspired an anime adaptation from Madhouse back in 2007.
