DAN DA DAN Season 2 Release Date, Visual, Evil Eye Cast Revealed

DAN DA DAN season 2 will be here before you know it, and the next round of supernatural action is officially set for a July 3 premiere in Japan. On top of that, the first three episodes will screen theatrically outside of Japan as DAN DA DAN: EVIL EYE starting on June 6. The theatrical screenings will include an exclusive interview with co-directors Fuga Yamashiro and Abel Gongora. A new key visual and cast addition were announced along with the premiere timing. As for the new cast, Mutsumi Tamura (Kobayashi in Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid ) will voice Evil Eye. The original  DAN DA DAN  manga by Yukinobu Tatsu is serialized in Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ digital manga magazine since April 2021, with 17 volumes released in Japan to date. An English language version is available from VIZ Media. Fuga Yamashiro directs the TV anime series at anime studio Science SARU with Hiroshi Seko providing the scripts, Naoyuki Onda on character design, and kensuke ushio on music. Crunchyroll describes the  DAN DA DAN  anime as such: When high schooler Momo, from a family of spirit mediums, first meets her classmate Okarun, an occult geek, they argue—Momo believes in ghosts but denies aliens, and Okarun believes in aliens but denies ghosts. When it turns out both phenomena are real, Momo awakens a hidden power and Okarun gains the power of a curse. Together, they must challenge the paranormal forces threatening their world.
