Shinya Misu's romantic comedy manga Osananajimi to wa LoveCome ni Naranai (literally translated to "It's not possible to be a romantic comedy with a childhood friend") will receive a TV anime adaptation in 2026. Tezuka Productions ( Girlfriend, Girlfriend ) will handle anime production. The anime's official website opened today, releasing a tearer trailer and visual . Shinya Misu's original manga Osananajimi to wa LoveCome ni Naranai has been serialized on Kodansha's Magazine Pocket website since March 2022, releasing 14 tankobon volumes to date.
