A new website has opened announcing an anime adaptation of the manga Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi . While details are scant for now, we do have a basic crew list behind the upcoming high school rom-com. Takuma Yokota pens the ongoing manga, whose title translates to "The Story Between a Dumb Prefect and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length" and is shortened to PonSuka . The announcement art above shows the "dumb prefect" and high school girl in question: Tougo Sakuradaimon and Poemu Kohinata, respectively. RELATED: The Keeper of the Camphor Tree Anime Film Announced for 2026 Daiji Iwanaga ( My First Girlfriend Is a Gal episode director) is attached to direct the series at Zero-G, with Yo Himuro (sub character setting, Delicious in Dungeon ) handling character designs. The original manga is currently published in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius manga magazine.
